Privacy Policy
This policy describes the personal data Acclavo processes, why, for how long, and how you can exercise your rights over it.
1. Who is responsible
Acclavo is operated by Matthieu Monserand, an individual established in France, acting as data controller.

2. What we process, and why
Public live-stream chat
Acclavo reads the public chat of live streams on platforms such as Twitch, for channels it is authorised to work with. For each message we record the sender's public display name, the message text, and the timestamp.
We use this only in aggregate, to measure how the volume of chat changes over time and identify the moments an audience reacts to. We do not build profiles of individual chat participants, do not track people across channels, and do not use this data to contact anyone.
Stream content and creator identity
For channels whose owners have given us explicit written permission, we process recorded segments of their stream in order to produce short videos, together with the channel name and links needed to credit them.
Correspondence
If you write to us, we keep your message and address in order to answer and to keep a record of requests such as permission grants or removals.
This website
This site serves static pages. It sets no cookies, embeds no third-party scripts, and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

3. Platform APIs
Acclavo uses the APIs of third-party platforms — including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Twitch — to read public information and to publish videos to accounts we own. We do not ask anyone to connect their own account to Acclavo, and we do not access private account data belonging to other users.
When you view a clip on one of those platforms, that platform's own privacy policy governs what it collects from you. We have no control over it.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. Data is disclosed only to:
- our hosting and email providers, acting as processors on our behalf, within the European Union;
- the platforms we publish to, limited to the content of a published clip and its credit;
- a public authority, where the law requires it.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest.
Write to contact@acclavo.com. We answer within one month.
If you appear in a clip
Whether you are the streamer or you appear in their chat, you can ask us to remove a published clip. Tell us which one at contact@acclavo.com and we will take it down. You do not need to justify the request.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
6. Where data is held
Data is stored on servers located in the European Union. Where a platform we publish to processes data outside the EU, that transfer is governed by that platform's own safeguards.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the service develops. The date at the top of this page always reflects the version in force.
