Terms of Use
These terms govern this website and the Acclavo service: what it does, the permission it requires, and what you can ask of us.
1. Who we are
Acclavo is operated by Matthieu Monserand, an individual established in France. Contact: contact@acclavo.com.
2. What the service does
Acclavo identifies moments in live gaming streams that provoke a reaction from the audience, produces short vertical videos from them, and publishes those videos to accounts Acclavo owns on third-party platforms. Each published clip credits the streamer and links back to their channel.
Acclavo also offers this as an operated service to organisations that hold rights to their own footage.
3. Permission from creators
Nothing is published without written permission
Acclavo publishes clips only from channels whose owner has given explicit, written permission. Permission may be withdrawn at any time, for any reason, with no notice period. On withdrawal we stop producing new clips from that channel, and we remove clips already published if asked.
Streamers keep all rights in their own content. Permission granted to Acclavo is a limited licence to cut and publish clips with attribution; it transfers no ownership and is not exclusive.
4. Reporting content
If a clip we published uses your content without your permission, infringes your rights, or you simply want it gone, write to contact@acclavo.com with a link to the clip. We remove it. We do not require a formal notice, and we do not ask you to justify the request.
This is in addition to, not instead of, the reporting tools of the platform where the clip appears.
5. Platform rules
Where Acclavo publishes through a third-party platform, it does so under that platform's terms and developer policies. Anyone viewing a clip is bound by the terms of the platform they are viewing it on, not by these terms.
6. Use of this website
This site provides information about the service. You may read and link to it freely. You may not attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access to the systems behind it.
The Acclavo name and the content of this site belong to us. Game footage, streamer names and platform trademarks appearing in our clips belong to their respective owners.
7. No warranty
This website and the information on it are provided as they are, without warranty. Acclavo is an early-stage service and its behaviour may change. Nothing on this site is a contractual commitment; commercial engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top of this page always reflects the version in force.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls to the competent French courts, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
